Pricing & Payment Policy

Here's exactly how pricing and payment works across every service.

Prices

All prices are shown in GBP and are correct at the time of publishing. Prices may be reviewed from time to time, but you'll always be quoted and charged the price agreed at the point of booking.

Retainer packages

Social media and email marketing retainers are billed monthly in advance, due on the date your package begins and on the same date each month after. Retainers run on a rolling monthly basis, with 30 days notice required to pause or end.

Buy It Now services

One off services from the Buy It Now suite are paid in full at checkout. Once payment is received, you'll hear from me within 1 business day to confirm the details, with delivery following the timeframe stated on each product.

Website builds

Website builds require a 50% deposit to secure your place and begin work, with the remaining balance due before your site goes live. If preferred, the full balance can be spread over two months instead, just let me know when we speak.

Builds beyond 4 pages, and single landing pages, are quoted individually based on scope. You'll always receive a fixed price before any work begins, so there are no surprises along the way.

The Soulful Power Hour

Paid in full at the time of booking. Your session is confirmed once payment is received.

Late payment

If a payment is missed, work will pause until the account is settled. For retainers, this may affect your posting or send schedule for that month.

Refunds

Deposits and payments for bespoke work (website builds, coaching, custom strategy) are non refundable once work has begun, as this secures your time in the schedule. Digital products and templates are non refundable once downloaded. If something isn't right, please reach out first, I'd always rather put it right than see you walk away unhappy.
